Project Description: 
Pinnacle Architecture Ltd are appointed to deliver a new façade treatment to existing retail park split over two blocks, working with and managing expectations of existing and new tenants.  We have secured planning for additional floor area through a new extension to the North Terrace.  The car park has received a full re-design including provision for electric charge points.  We have also managed the strip out of vacant units and formation of new spaces through sub-division, mezzanine construction and spacital planning of existing spaces, including provision for a new gym provider.
